- Tomato - 65 g (0.5 whole)
- Avocado - 210 g (1.5 whole)
- Basil - 1 g (3 leaves)
- Flax cracker - 40 g
How to make:
- Slice the tomato and avocado
- Layer the tomato and avocado on the flax cracker
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper and sea salt and serve
