Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 100 g
- Butter - 10 g (2 tsp)
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Mushroom - 100 g
- Mackerel fillet - 200 g
- Spring onion - 10 g
How to make:
- Heat the butter (10g) in the pan and fry mackerel on both sides. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice before serving
