Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 100 g
  • Butter - 10 g (2 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Mushroom - 100 g
  • Mackerel fillet - 200 g
  • Spring onion - 10 g

How to make:

  1. Heat the butter (10g) in the pan and fry mackerel on both sides. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice before serving
  2. Cook cubed zucchini and mushrooms in the rest of the ghee. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with fish. Top with greens
