Ingredients:
- Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Coconut oil - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- Radish - 70 g (16 pcs)
- Zucchini, medium - 220 g (1 whole)
- Chinese cabbage - 120 g
- Tofu, marinated - 460 g
How to make:
- Shred the cabbage, slice the onion, dice the courgette and stir-fry for 5 minutes over a medium heat with 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- Cut the marinated tofu into cubes and add it to the frying pan with the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes
- Slice the radishes in quarters and serve with the tofu and vegetable stir-fry
