  • Apple - 200 g
  • Salsa - 120 g (0.5 cup)
  • Avocado - 50 g
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 60 g
  • Chicken breast, boneless, skinless - 110 g
  • Onion, sliced - 50 g (0.5 cup)
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 50 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add olive oil and chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes, then add veggies. Cook for 3-4 more minutes
