Ingredients:

  • Egg - 150 g (3 pcs)
  • Cherry tomato - 50 g (3 pcs)
  • Butter - 25 g
  • Onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cheddar cheese - 80 g
  • Jalapeño pepper - 5 g

How to make:

  1. Place a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter
  2. Add onion, jalapeno and tomato, cook for 3-4 minutes
  3. Whisk the eggs and add to the skillet. Stir eggs for 1-2 minutes with the spatula to make a scramble. Add cheese and spices
