Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Maple syrup - 30 g (2 tbsp)
  • Apple - 200 g
  • Mini pancakes, frozen - 80 g (8 pcs)

How to make:

  1. Cook pancakes according to label. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and crack egg directly into the pan
  2. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Top the pancakes with syrup and enjoy the egg on the side
