- Hazelnut - 35 g
- Tofu - 170 g
- Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Blueberry - 75 g (0.5 cup)
- Cardamom - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Steel cut oats - 145 g
- Soy milk, unsweetened - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
How to make:
- Soak steel cut oats overnight. In the morning boil steel cut oats with spices
- Add warmed milk to the oatmeal. Sprinkle berries, chopped nuts and tofu over the oatmeal before serving
