Ingredients:

  • Apple - 100 g (0.5 whole)
  • Banana - 170 g (1.5 whole)
  • Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Coconut, desiccated - 15 g (1 tbsp)
  • Coconut yogurt - 50 ml (0.2 cup)
  • Mixed nuts - 10 g
  • Water, cold - 50 ml (0.2 cup)
  • Sultanas - 15 g (1 tbsp)
  • Linseed, ground - 10 g (1 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Grate the apple into a bowl and add the linseeds and dessicated coconut, roughly chopped nuts
  2. Stir in the coconut yoghurt, water and cinnamon and leave covered in the fridge for at least half an hour, preferably overnight
  3. Serve the paleo bircher muesli with sliced banana and sultanas on top
