Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Whole-wheat bread - 30 g (1 slice)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Strawberry - 330 g
- Broccoli - 225 g (2.5 cup)
- Tuna filet - 110 g
- Sweet potato, cubes - 130 g
- Lemon peppper seasoning - 5 g (1 tsp)
How to make:
- Preheat oven to 425 °F (220°C)
- Wash sweet potato with cool water and pat dry. Chop sweet potato into cubes
- Line a baking sheet with foil and add the sweet potatoes. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Add broccoli to the oven with the sweet potatoes when there is 15 minutes left to bake
- Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning and 1/2 tsp of salt on to the tuna fillet
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Sear each side of the tuna fillet for 3-5 minutes
- Serve the sweet potato with 1/2 tsp of salt and broccoli and enjoy with the tuna fillet
- Serve strawberries on the side for dessert
