Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Whole-wheat bread - 30 g (1 slice)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Strawberry - 330 g
  • Broccoli - 225 g (2.5 cup)
  • Tuna filet - 110 g
  • Sweet potato, cubes - 130 g
  • Lemon peppper seasoning - 5 g (1 tsp)

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F (220°C)
  2. Wash sweet potato with cool water and pat dry. Chop sweet potato into cubes
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and add the sweet potatoes. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Add broccoli to the oven with the sweet potatoes when there is 15 minutes left to bake
  4. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning and 1/2 tsp of salt on to the tuna fillet
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Sear each side of the tuna fillet for 3-5 minutes
  6. Serve the sweet potato with 1/2 tsp of salt and broccoli and enjoy with the tuna fillet
  7. Serve strawberries on the side for dessert
