Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Zucchini - 140 g
  • Onion - 40 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salmon - 50 g
  • Carrot - 60 g
  • Mixed nuts - 20 g
  • Durum wheat spaghetti - 60 g

How to make:

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to the packet instructions
  2. Cut the vegetables into thin slices
  3. Preheat the oil and simmer the vegetables
  4. Add the spaghetti, salt, pepper, and soy sauce, mix everything well and let stand with the lid on for 2 minutes
  5. Sprinkle with nuts before serving
