Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 4.5 ml
  • Broccoli florets - 270 g (3 cup)
  • Parmesan cheese - 28 g
  • Penne pasta - 80 g
  • Turkey meatballs, frozen - 130 g (6 pcs)
  • Tomato sauce, canned - 120 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Boil 1.5 c of water. Once water is boiling add penne pasta and return to a boil
  2. Cook uncovered, stirring often, for about 6-8 minutes or until al dente
  3. Cook turkey meatballs according to package. In a microwave safe bowl, add broccoli and 3 tbsp of water
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a plate and microwave for 2-3 minutes
  5. Heat pasta sauce in the microwave for 50 seconds. Serve penne with sauce and meatballs with the broccoli on the side
