Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Cherry tomato - 50 g
- Olives - 30 g
- Bell pepper - 100 g
- Mixed nuts - 20 g
- Whole grain spaghetti - 135 g
- Shrimp, boiled - 50 g
How to make:
- Preheat the oil, simmer the mixed chopped vegetables until soft
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the vegetables and shrimp, and mix well. After cooking, sprinkle with chopped nuts (or seeds)
- Serve with the olives
