Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Cherry tomato - 50 g
  • Olives - 30 g
  • Bell pepper - 100 g
  • Mixed nuts - 20 g
  • Whole grain spaghetti - 135 g
  • Shrimp, boiled - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oil, simmer the mixed chopped vegetables until soft
  2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the vegetables and shrimp, and mix well. After cooking, sprinkle with chopped nuts (or seeds)
  4. Serve with the olives
