Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Onion - 100 g
- Potato - 100 g
- Mushroom - 150 g
- Broccoli - 100 g
- Grapefruit - 150 g
- Chicken fillet - 150 g
How to make:
- Cut the potatoes into cubes. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Chop the mushrooms and onions
- Mix all the ingredients, add 2 tsp of oil, salt and herbs and spices
- Mix well, let it stand a little and bake until tender (40 minutes at a temperature of 350°F)
