Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Onion - 100 g
  • Potato - 100 g
  • Mushroom - 150 g
  • Broccoli - 100 g
  • Grapefruit - 150 g
  • Chicken fillet - 150 g

How to make:

  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Chop the mushrooms and onions
  2. Mix all the ingredients, add 2 tsp of oil, salt and herbs and spices
  3. Mix well, let it stand a little and bake until tender (40 minutes at a temperature of 350°F)
