Ingredients:

  • Quinoa - 100 g (0.6 cup)
  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Parsley - 10 g (2 tbsp)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Pumpkin seeds - 15 g (1.5 tbsp)
  • White mushroom - 50 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Boil quinoa, according to the time indicated on the package
  2. While quinoa is boiling, stew chopped white mushrooms in a pan and boil the egg
  3. Cut the parsley, add to the boiled groats, add oil, seeds, chopped tomatoes and stewed mushrooms
