Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Coconut oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Soy sauce - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Lime juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Bell pepper - 50 g (0.25 whole)
  • Brown rice - 110 g (0.6 cup)
  • Green onion - 10 g (2 tbsp)
  • Pineapple - 100 g (0.6 cup)
  • Chicken fillet - 130 g (1 pcs)

How to make:

  1. Boil rice and chicken until cooked. Dice meat after it is ready
  2. Pour oil into a saucepan (sauté or wok)
  3. Add chopped meat, simmer for 2-3 minutes under a closed lid
  4. Add chopped bell pepper and peeled diced carrots. You can add several tablespoons of water during cooking
  5. Cook vegetables with meat for another 2-3
  6. Add boiled rice, finely chopped pineapple, green onions, soy sauce, and lime juice. Mix everything together, serve
