Ingredients:
- Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Rye bread - 80 g
- Avocado - 80 g
- Herbs - 5 g (1 tbsp)
- Smoked salmon, chopped - 50 g
How to make:
- Toast the rye bread
- Mash the avocado with a fork and then spread over the rye bread and lay the smoked salmon on top
- Sprinkle with herbs and a little lemon juice and serve
