Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Rye bread - 80 g
  • Avocado - 80 g
  • Herbs - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Smoked salmon, chopped - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Toast the rye bread
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork and then spread over the rye bread and lay the smoked salmon on top
  3. Sprinkle with herbs and a little lemon juice and serve
