- Pecan nut - 20 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 5 g
- Sea coarse salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Dark chocolate 90%, unsweetened - 30 g
How to make:
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds
- Mix softened chocolate with nuts. coconut. salt. and seeds. Pour a 1-1.5 cm thick layer into a muffin pan or candy tray
- Take small cupcake or candy trays
- Let cool in the fridge for 30 minutes
