Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Tahini - 50 g
  • Egg white - 60 g (2 pcs)
  • Egg yolk - 90 g (4 pcs)
  • Mixed salad greens - 50 g
  • Parmesan 40% - 70 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat olive oil in the skillet, mix together egg yolks with one egg white, blend using mixer
  2. Season with salt to taste. Grate parmesan cheese, mix with the eggs
