Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salmon, smoked - 65 g
  • Balsamic vinegar - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Tomato - 130 g (1.3 whole)
  • Almond - 15 g
  • Brie cheese - 50 g
  • Romaine lettuce - 100 g

How to make:

  1. In a small bowl make the dressing, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a pinch of salt and pepper
  2. Place the salmon, brie, salad and sliced tomato on a plate. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with nuts
