Ingredients:

  • Chia seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Honey - 7 g (1 tsp)
  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Walnut - 24 g (6 pcs)
  • Soy yogurt - 150 g

How to make:

  1. Slice the banana and roughly chop the walnuts
  2. Put the soya yoghurt, banana and chia seeds into a bowl and stir to combine
  3. Then sprinkle the ground cinnamon and chopped walnuts on top, and drizzle over the honey. Serve
