Ingredients:

  • Onion - 30 g (0.5 whole)
  • Corn - 50 g (0.3 cup)
  • Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Bell pepper - 30 g (0.25 whole)
  • Squid - 150 g (1 pcs)
  • Rice noodles - 30 g (0.25 cup)
  • Green onion - 10 g (1 pcs)
  • Green peas - 120 g (0.8 cup)

How to make:

  1. Cut the vegetables and boil for 10-15 minutes in boiling water where you can add your favorite spices
  2. Smash the noodles into small pieces, put them in boiling water, and leave covered for 3-5 minutes
  3. Boil the squid in a separate pot for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. When ready, add it to your soup. Sprinkle some onions and the soup is ready to serve!
