Ingredients:

  • Eggplant - 100 g (1.2 cup)
  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Garlic clove - 6 g (2 pcs)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Vegetable oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Soy sauce - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Squid - 150 g (1 pcs)
  • Whole grain bread - 50 g (2 slice)

How to make:

  1. Rinse the squid well and insert it into boiling water for one minute. Take out and place immediately into cold water. Peel off, clean from the inside, and cut
  2. Peel and chop the onion, add some oil, and mix with chopped eggplant and carrots. Pour a few tablespoons of water, add spices, and simmer until ready. Peel and finely chop garlic
  3. Mix finely chopped tomatoes, soy sauce, garlic, spices, and simmer separately from vegetables for a couple of minutes. When ready, add squid slices, and let the whole mixture simmer for 1-2 minutes
  4. Serve with vegetables and a piece of bread
