Ingredients:

  • Parsley - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Squid - 290 g
  • Cauliflower - 200 g

How to make:

  1. Wash the squid and cut it in rings
  2. Peel the onion and garlic. Slice the onion in thin rings, finely chop the garlic
  3. Finely dice the tomato, thinly slice the cauliflower
  4. Chop the parsley, put a small part of it aside to drizzle the ready dish with
  5. Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the squid, mix together and cook for 3 minutes with onion and garlic
  6. Add tomato, cauliflower, chopped greens, salt and pepper to the squid. Mix well together and cook till soft - about 5-7 min
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving
