Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Parsley - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Cashew nut - 15 g
  • Beans - 150 g (0.8 cup)

How to make:

  1. Soak beans for an hour (preferably overnight) and boil until tender
  2. Put the boiled beans in a pan with oil, add tomatoes, greens, and spices to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes
  3. When serving, sprinkle with chopped cashews
