Ingredients:

  • Parsley - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Cauliflower - 100 g
  • Potato, baked - 100 g
  • Turkey - 120 g

How to make:

  1. Slice the turkey into strips
  2. Peel the onion and garlic. Slice the onion in thin rings, finely chop the garlic
  3. Finely dice the tomato, thinly slice the cauliflower
  4. Chop the parsley, put a small part of it aside to drizzle the ready dish with
  5. Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the turkey and stir-fry for 5 minutes
  6. Add tomato, cauliflower, chopped greens, salt and pepper to the squid. Mix well together and cook till soft and until the turkey is cooked through - about 5-7 min
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with baked potatoes
