Ingredients:
- Chia seeds - 50 g (4 tbsp)
- Honey - 35 g (2 tbsp)
- Almond - 15 g
- Blueberry - 150 g
- Milk, skimmed - 240 ml (1 cup)
- Strawberry, sliced - 80 g
How to make:
- Add all ingredients in an airtight container and mix
- Leave overnight in the refrigerator and enjoy the next morning
