Ingredients:

  • Chia seeds - 50 g (4 tbsp)
  • Honey - 35 g (2 tbsp)
  • Almond - 15 g
  • Blueberry - 150 g
  • Milk, skimmed - 240 ml (1 cup)
  • Strawberry, sliced - 80 g

How to make:

  1. Add all ingredients in an airtight container and mix
  2. Leave overnight in the refrigerator and enjoy the next morning
  3. Spninkle with chopped almonds and serve
