Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Onion - 30 g (0.5 whole)
  • Garlic clove - 6 g (2 pcs)
  • Oregano - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cilantro - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Tomato - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Sweet potato - 300 g (2 whole)
  • Apple cider vinegar - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Cumin - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Chicken breast mince - 150 g (1.2 cup)

How to make:

  1. Pierce the sweet potato several times with a fork and cook it in microwave for about 10 minutes until soft
  2. Grind onion, tomato, garlic, vinegar, and spices in a blender
  3. Put vegetables in a pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes under a cover. Add minced meat and cook for 4-5 minutes
  4. Cut the sweet potato in half, scrape some warm pulp, add it to the minced meat, and mix
  5. Lay out halves of sweet potato servings and add the mixture of minced meat and potato pulp
  6. Sprinkle some herbs on top before serving
