  • Quinoa - 100 g (0.6 cup)
  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Sunflower seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Blueberry - 50 g (0.3 cup)
  • Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Soy milk, unsweetened - 150 ml (0.6 cup)

How to make:
