Ingredients:
- Egg - 200 g (4 pcs)
- Parsley - 5 g
- Olive oil - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp)
- Onion - 30 g
- Tomato - 50 g
- Cheddar cheese - 40 g
How to make:
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and gently fry chopped tomatoes
- Take a bowl and beat the eggs along with salt and pepper
- Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until it gets golden brown in colour. Cook from both sides
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving
