  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Arugula - 20 g (1 cup)
  • Cucumber - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Whole grain bread - 75 g (2 slice)
  • Green peas - 150 g (1 cup)
  • Tuna - 200 g (1 pcs)

How to make:

  1. Bake the fish in the oven at 392 °F for 15 -20 minutes
  2. Boil the peas
  3. Mix chopped vegetables and add lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
  4. Serve the fish with peas and salad and bread
