  • Apple - 120 g
  • Tomato - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Cheddar cheese - 30 g
  • Hummus - 30 g (2 tbsp)
  • Lettuce - 20 g (2 leaves)
  • Whole wheat tortilla - 80 g
  • Turkey, cooked - 140 g

How to make:

  1. Place tortilla flat on a plate, layer the rest of ingredients and roll tightly into a wrap and enjoy
  2. Serve apple on the side
