Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 100 g
  • Butter - 30 g (2 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Peanut butter - 20 g (1 tbsp)
  • Broccoli - 100 g
  • Turkey, ground - 155 g

How to make:

  1. Heat up oil in the skillet and sauté spinach. Once cooked, add the turkey thighs
  2. Cook all together for 2-3 minutes, add minced broccoli, pour tahini over it, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until broccoli is al-dente
  3. Pour peanut butter over broccoli. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve
