Ingredients:
- Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Whole-wheat bread - 100 g
- Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
- Tofu - 200 g
- Paprika - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
How to make:
- Dice tomato
- Mash tofu with a spoon and mix with spices until it turns yellow
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sauté tomato for a couple of minutes, add tofu and cook without a lid so that as much liquid as possible evaporates. Season with salt and serve hot
- Serve with a slice of bread
