Ingredients:

  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Whole-wheat bread - 100 g
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Tofu - 200 g
  • Paprika - 0.3 g (1 pinch)

How to make:

  1. Dice tomato
  2. Mash tofu with a spoon and mix with spices until it turns yellow
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sauté tomato for a couple of minutes, add tofu and cook without a lid so that as much liquid as possible evaporates. Season with salt and serve hot
  4. Serve with a slice of bread
