Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Pecans - 10 g (6 pcs)
  • Kale - 30 g (0.5 cup)
  • Bell pepper - 100 g (0.5 whole)
  • Wild rice - 105 g (0.7 cup)
  • Veal - 180 g (1 pcs)

How to make:

  1. Boil the rice until cooked
  2. Meanwhile cut the meat into small cubes, add it to a pan, pour some water and add salt and spices. Cover your pan and leave it to simmer on the stove or in the oven
  3. Cut the vegetables, grate the carrots, mix with nuts, add some salt and olive oil
