  • Greek yogurt - 150 ml (1 cup)
  • Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Flax seeds - 30 g (3 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Mix the yogurt with flax seeds and berries and sprinkle the seeds and cinnamon on top. Drizzle over the honey and serve
