Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Cherry tomato - 100 g (7 pcs)
- Zucchini - 200 g
- Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
- Greens - 20 g (4 tbsp)
- Mozzarella 40% - 100 g
How to make:
- Cut zucchini lengthwise, remove the seeds, making a space for filling
- Preheat the oven to 350 ºF
- Mix together shredded cheese with finely cut (or blended) tomato and garlic, finely chopped greens, salt and oil
- Stuff zucchini with the mixture, bake 25 minutes
