Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 g
  • Avocado - 60 g
  • Chicken fillet - 60 g
  • Wholegrain bread - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oil in a skillet
  2. Beat the eggs with a fork and mix with 1 tbsp of water
  3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and fry until cooked, stirring constantly
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry for 5 minutes from all sides
  5. Cut the avocado into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice
  6. When the egg cools down, put on a plate, and top with the avocado and chicken fillet
