Ingredients:
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Sunflower seeds - 35 g
- Avocado - 105 g (0.75 whole)
- Bacon - 75 g
- Baby spinach - 20 g
How to make:
- Grill the bacon, or fry it in a skillet for approximately 7 minutes or until cooked
- Peel the avocado and slice
- Roughly chop the spinach and scatter over a plate and drizzle a little lemon juice over. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Top with the avocado and bacon and serve
