Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Sunflower seeds - 35 g
  • Avocado - 105 g (0.75 whole)
  • Bacon - 75 g
  • Baby spinach - 20 g

How to make:

  1. Grill the bacon, or fry it in a skillet for approximately 7 minutes or until cooked
  2. Peel the avocado and slice
  3. Roughly chop the spinach and scatter over a plate and drizzle a little lemon juice over. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Top with the avocado and bacon and serve
