Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 13.5 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Basil, fresh - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Potato - 160 g (1 cup)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Salmon - 150 g
  • Orange - 184 g (1 whole)
  • Mixed herbs - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Broccoli - 160 g
  • White wine vinegar - 8 ml (0.5 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Bake salmon at 425 F for ~12 minutes or until done
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into uniform pieces and boil in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cooked (timing depends on the size of the pieces)
  3. Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch them for 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water. Place the potatoes and broccoli on a serving plate
  4. Mix olive oil, vineagar, dried herbs, salt and pepper to make dressing. Pour over the broccoli and potatoes. Serve with the baked salmon
  5. Eat the fruit for dessert
