Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Olives - 60 g
  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Carrot - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Romaine lettuce - 20 g
  • Red cabbage - 250 g
  • Fish seasoning - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • White fish, cooked - 250 g

How to make:

  1. Heat up the oven to 356-392 F
  2. Prepare fish: marinate in spices, lemon juice, lay on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 20 minutes
  3. Chop the cabbage finely and grate the carrot, add a good pinch of salt and massage the leaves for at least 5 minutes until they soften. When softened, mix in the shredded lettuce leaves, sprinkle the sesame seeds and drizzle some olive oil over the salad
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice when serving
