  • Olives - 30 g

  • Balsamic vinegar - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Tomato - 50 g
  • Bell pepper - 50 g
  • Corn, canned - 30 g
  • Mixed nuts - 20 g
  • Grapefruit - 150 g
  • Red beans, canned - 110 g
  • Tuna, canned in own juice - 100 g

How to make:

  1. Put the beans in a deep container
