Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 12 ml (2.5 tsp)
  • Tomato - 280 g (2 whole)
  • Fresh basil, chopped - 3 g (5 leaves)
  • Salt and black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Rye crispbread - 30 g (3 slice)

How to make:

  1. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces, and mix with the finely chopped fresh basil
  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper
  3. Spoon the tomatoes on top of the rye crispbreads and drizzle over the olive oil
